Yes. Sport is one of our five core specialisms and we have more than 30 years of experience delivering travel programs for elite sport. Our sporting clients include Cricket Australia (Test Series, BBL, State and Junior Leagues since 2015), the NRL (since 2015), Football Australia, Netball Australia, Swimming Australia, Paralympics Australia, Commonwealth Games Australia, Basketball Queensland, Basketball NSW, Basketball Victoria, Gymnastics Australia, AusCycling, Diving Australia, Wheelchair Rugby League, Motorsport Australia, Tickford Racing, Triple Eight, Penrith Panthers, Red Bull, and Handball Australia.

We deliver end-to-end travel and logistics for sporting teams, governing bodies, and event organisers. Our services include team and support staff travel, recovery-aligned hotel sourcing, room block management, ground transport and transfers, equipment and freight logistics, VIP and executive travel for coaches and senior management, and 24/7 crisis management cover. We also provide tiered approval flows for head coaches and operations leads, performance analytics for travel spend optimisation, and dedicated dashboards by squad or team.

Yes. We have proven experience delivering travel for Olympic and Paralympic level events. For Paralympics Australia at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, we coordinated 358 people including 152 athletes with impairments, 198 support staff, 4 Indigenous athletes, and specialist roles including 2 athletics guides, 2 boccia ramp operators, 2 cycling pilots, 1 triathlon guide, and 1 rowing coxswain. The team achieved 63 medals (18 gold, 17 silver, 28 bronze) and finished 9th in the medal tally. We have also delivered broadcast team travel for the Tokyo 2020 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games, and we are appointed for the 2026 Glasgow Commonwealth Games for Commonwealth Games Australia and the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup in Sydney.

Yes. Group travel is a core specialty. Our typical sports group bookings range from 10 to 60 passengers per trip, with bookings made in seasonal blocks and tournament prep windows. We coordinate complex domestic schedules during the season and peak international tours every one to two years. For the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Australia 2022, we coordinated 2,243 passengers across 187 flights plus a charter plane, 19 hotels, 20,181 room nights, and 97 vans and trucks across seven Australian cities. Our group services include rooming list coordination, baggage priority, last-minute air changes, and pre-loaded traveller profiles for all team members.

We treat travel as part of athlete preparation, not as a separate logistics function. Every booking decision is made with athlete recovery and performance in mind. That means recovery-aligned hotel sourcing (proximity to training venues, gym quality, sleep environment), nutrition-friendly accommodation options, optimised flight routings to protect rest cycles, and traveller wellness insights through our reporting suite (red-eye flight frequency monitoring, fatigue reduction metrics, time-of-day travel pattern analysis). We work alongside high-performance managers, sports science teams, and operations leads so travel works for the athlete, not against them.

Yes. Women's sport is a growing focus for us and we have adapted our services to meet new requirements including family-friendly logistics, accommodation flexibility for travelling support staff, and parental support arrangements. We deliver travel for Netball Australia, the AFC Women's Asian Cup 2026 in Sydney, women's cricket programs through Cricket Australia, and women's basketball through state bodies. Our approach recognises that elite women's sport has its own operational demands and we build travel programs that respect those.

Our sporting clients have access to the Stage and Screen Mobile App, which functions as a mobile command centre with real-time itinerary access, live alerts, freight tracking, and direct messaging to your travel manager. Our SAVI online booking tool provides centralised team bookings, approvals, and payments with access to global sporting travel rates and preferred accommodation. Our Power BI Reporting Suite delivers performance analytics tracking travel expenditure, identifying patterns, and supporting data-informed decisions across high-performance planning cycles. Reporting includes sustainability metrics aligned to the GHG Protocol, plus traveller wellness data.

Yes. Our most well-known crisis management delivery was the relocation of the 2021 NRL season during COVID. With 72 hours notice, we relocated 570 players and staff from 12 teams across Sydney, Canberra, and Newcastle, coordinating 9 charter flights from 5 separate areas of Australia, securing exclusive use of Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Brisbane hotels with more than 460 frontline hotel staff requiring full vaccination, and maintaining bio-secure bubbles with zero COVID breaches. The season was saved and continued without interruption. We also re-planned the entire ICC Men's T20 World Cup Australia 2022 after its postponement from 2020, navigating constantly changing border restrictions and state-based COVID mandates across seven cities.

Yes. Our event credentials include the 2026 Rugby League World Cup in Sydney, 2026 Glasgow Commonwealth Games for Commonwealth Games Australia, 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup in Sydney, Rugby League Las Vegas (2024 to present), Paris 2024 Paralympic Games for Paralympics Australia, ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022, Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games (broadcast teams and partners), Rugby League World Cup Nines 2019, Channel 7 at Rio 2016 Olympic Games, International Champions Cup, NCAA Gridiron, AFC Asian Cup 2015, SAAZAR Super Rugby and Rugby Championship Series (2015-2018), Cricket Australia Test Series and BBL (since 2015), NRL Season (since 2015), Network Ten Big Bash League, FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014 (Socceroos), and the Australian Open Tennis (2013-2017).

Yes. We have specific experience delivering broadcast crew travel for major global events. We delivered broadcast team travel for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and broadcast partner coordination, plus Channel 7 broadcast travel for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Broadcast crew travel has its own demands including fast-turnaround crew bookings, multi-location coverage, equipment and freight coordination, and tight pre-broadcast scheduling, all of which our team manages routinely.
