Key benefits include static rental rates that protect against market fluctuations for predictable budgeting, reduced and capped excess amounts for greater financial protection, waived additional driver fees, driver age allowance for younger drivers aged 21 to 24 (subject to supplier), inclusive tolls and insurance, long-term rental discounts, VIP priority service, on-request delivery and collection options, and company nominations whereby additional drivers affiliated with the company listed in the booking do not need to provide driver details at depots.
Yes. Our Entertainment Car Program includes driver age allowance for younger drivers aged 21 to 24, subject to supplier agreement. This addresses a common challenge for production crews and emerging artists where standard car rental rules block younger drivers or apply significant surcharges. Combined with waived additional driver fees, our program makes it easier for productions and tours to share driving responsibilities across team members of all ages.

Our Group and VIP Checklist is a documented quality assurance procedure followed for every group and VIP booking. The procedure covers Minimum Standard Service Levels and a Service Levels Checklist, with each booking checked by another Travel Manager and the Team Leader, and 24 hours prior to departure all relevant suppliers are called and all details double-checked. The checklist includes 14-day pre-departure verification across air (e-tickets, frequent flyer information, contact numbers, preferred seating, meals, visas, terminals, airline relocations, code shares), hotel (rates, room lists, pre-registration, late arrival advice, room types, hotel memberships, room location), car (rates, flight arrival, preferred car type, memberships, total cost), transfers, insurance and visas, and documents.
