Yes. Our after-hours support is delivered by a dedicated team of travel specialists based in Australia, available 24/7. Unlike offshore call centres, our after-hours specialists are experienced travel professionals with full access to bookings and the authority to resolve issues on the spot. Travellers reach us through a dedicated 1-800 number and email accessible globally. Crisis management is built into our service model. Our capabilities have been proven at scale, including the relocation of more than 1,000 NRL players and staff in 72 hours during the 2021 COVID crisis (zero COVID breaches, season saved), and the delivery of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Australia 2022 across seven cities with 2,243 passengers, 187 flights, 19 hotels, 20,181 room nights, and 97 vans and trucks. Yes. We coordinate freight for touring equipment, production gear, and sporting equipment, locally and internationally. Our specialism includes instruments and AV equipment for music tours, lighting rigs and camera cases for film and TV productions, recovery and performance gear for sporting teams, and creative production equipment for agency shoots. We focus on aligning freight movement with people movement, including customs and carnet documentation, to reduce delays and disruption.
Yes. Group travel and hotel blocks are a core part of our service. We manage rooming lists, team requirements, and changes as schedules shift. Our group travel work spans sporting teams of 10 to 60 passengers, music touring parties of 5 to 20 plus freight, large production crews, and creative teams travelling for campaigns and events. Every group and VIP booking is subject to our documented quality assurance process, with each booking checked by a second Travel Manager and Team Leader, plus a final 24-hour pre-departure supplier check.
Yes. Our Power BI Reporting Suite delivers 365-day visibility across your entire travel program with more than 200 report types and real-time dashboards available on demand. Reporting covers travel spend analysis, supplier performance, policy compliance, sustainability metrics aligned to the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, and traveller wellness data.
